USTB Hosts University of Dundee Professor for Academic Exchange

On March 6, Professor Richard Ingran of the University of Dundee, UK, visited USTB for an academic exchange.

         Professor Ingran delivered a report titled “Social Problems in the UK” for the students of the Social Work Department of the Faculty of Arts and Law. Students were given an appreciation for the hardships some were suffering in the UK and methods of poverty alleviation that were being undertaken. The lecture was part of the "Overseas University Classroom Experience" designed by the International Department. It aims to meet the needs and interests of students by inviting well-known and respected professors from around the world to teach at USTB.

         Additionally, the University of Dundee delegation also discussed with USTB representatives new projects for collaboration, including a Master’s degree 1+1 program.
