International Students Visits the Great Wall

On May 14th, USTB’s International Office arranged for international students at USTB to visit the Great Wall at Mutianyu.

It was the first time seeing the wall for many of the students, who were able to take in the majesty and history of one of the great wonders of world. The trip served as an excellent opportunity for the students to socialize and further practice their Chinese.

This trip was one in a series of activities offered by USTB’s International Office, which are intended to allow students to take in Chinese culture while strengthening their Chinese language abilities. Great preparations were made by the USTB staff in order to ensure a safe and successful trip. The students that attended the trip spoke highly of it and expressed their excitement at having received the opportunity.
