With the Start of the New School Year, 2016’s Incoming Students Are Welcomed to USTB

On August 30 the new class of international students arrived to begin their registration process at USTB.

         At 8 AM students gathered at the multi-function hall at the International Office, where staff and volunteers helped complete the registration process, correctly fill out their paperwork, and complete all the necessary procedures for studying abroad.

         In order to meet the new students’ needs the International Office meticulously planned how students would be welcomed, the management of the registration process, and how to complete all processes efficiently. Volunteers enthusiastically participated to help welcome new students and get their paperwork filed, so as to create a good first impression for the incoming students.

         164 students (55 undergraduates, 75 graduates, 13 doctoral, 21 Chinese language students) were admitted during the process.

         The new students praised the beauty of the USTB campus and expressed how much they looked forward to studying at the university.
