USTB’s International Office Wins “Advanced Unit in Transportation Safety among Universities in Haidian District”

In the 2012 meeting commending the outstanding work carried out by universities in transportation safety education, the International Office of USTB was awarded the title of “Advanced Unit in Haidian District.”

Over the past year the International Office has been focused on educating its students about transportation safety and traffic laws. Through these efforts, awareness of safe transportation practices has demonstrably grown within the international student population, and the students have become notably more comfortable with Chinese traffic regulations.
