Professor from Swansea University Delivers Academic Exchange

On December 20, Professor Yuan Chenggui of the faculty of science from Swansea University, and head representative to Beijing from Swansea University was invited to USTB.

         During his visit Professor Yuan delivered a report titled “The Black Scholes Formular” to a group of mathematics students, giving them a flavor of overseas education. The lesson was part of a program to bring excellent teachers from abroad to help meet the needs of USTB students and inspire them to greater efforts.

         Additionally, USTB representatives discussed the prospect of future cooperation and development with Swansea University. Both sides agreed to undertake a 2+2 undergraduate program and a 3+1+1 graduate program to enjoin greater student exchanges and cooperation.
