Dr. Boeckle, accompanied by the embassy’s cultural attaché Anja Wessling, delivered the speech on May 15th at the Overseas Study Forum held in USTB’s multi-functional hall. The purpose of the forum was to provide students with information for studying abroad.

Dr. Boeckle placed an emphasis on the importance of carrying out higher quantity and higher quality exchanges in the field of education in Sino-Germany relations. He also did his part to encourage USTB students to consider studying abroad by highlighting the key points of the German education system, which stresses student independence and responsibility, adding that Germany can offer an excellent overseas learning environment for those willing to brave the adventure.
