Second “Overseas University Experience” Course Held

On November 16, 2017, the second “Overseas University Experience” course was help. Participating in the course were teachers invited from Swansea University in Wales, UK.

Dr. Adeline Paiement of Swansea University acted as the primary lecturer for the course, which is aimed as a professional course for students of the university. She discussed the differences between Chinese classrooms and teaching methods from abroad, helping students to understand the experience of studying in a foreign country.

The “Overseas University Experience” course is a series of lectures designed by the USTB International Office to utilize international exchange to meet students’ needs and broaden their horizons. Renowned teachers from around the world are invited to deliver lectures jointly with USTB faculty. Additionally, teachers are given the opportunity for further collaboration through the pursuit of joint research.
